Information we collect
When you purchase a licence, request an invoice or contact us, we may process your school or organisation name, contact name, email address, billing details, enquiry details and payment status.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Production Player PRO does not receive or store your complete card details.
How information is used
Information is used to process purchases, issue activation details, respond to enquiries, provide support, maintain transaction records and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Email and service providers
We may use trusted service providers including Stripe, Render, Cloudflare, Resend and GitHub to operate the website, deliver software and process communications. They process information according to their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for support, licensing, accounting and legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect it.
