1. School Site Licence
A School Site Licence permits authorised staff to install and use Production Player PRO on computers operated for one named school site. It does not transfer ownership of the software.
2. Permitted use
The software may be used to prepare and operate productions, rehearsals, performances and related school or theatre activities at the licensed site.
3. Restrictions
The activation key and software must not be resold, published, redistributed or shared with another organisation or school site. Reverse engineering and removal of copyright or licence notices are not permitted except where required by law.
4. Trial
The software may be evaluated free for 14 days. An activation key is required after the trial ends.
5. Audio, scripts and artwork
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use any music, sound effects, scripts, logos, photographs or artwork added to the software.
6. Updates and online services
Reasonable efforts are made to keep updates, downloads and the QR Remote service available. Continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
7. Backups
Customers should maintain suitable backups of production files and audio. Production Player PRO is not responsible for loss caused by hardware failure, deletion, network issues or third-party services.
